About the Survey
The Texas Statewide Municipal Salary Survey is a strategic initiative aimed at capturing base pay information for 193 benchmark jobs from over 340 public sector organizations across the state of Texas in support of data-driven pay decision-making.
Participation is free and all respondents will receive a complimentary report summarizing the survey results. Additionally, a subscription option will be offered that will provide organizations with timely access to pay data through real-time visualizations, dashboards, and modeling tools to support informed compensation decisions.
Survey participation is open through July 3, 2025.
