The Texas Statewide Municipal Salary Survey is a strategic initiative aimed at capturing base pay information for 193 benchmark jobs from over 340 public sector organizations across the state of Texas in support of data-driven pay decision-making.
Participation is free and all respondents will receive a complimentary report summarizing the survey results.
